The Naval Ship Pathfinder Passes through Dardanelles Strait, Turkey
Pathfinder, a United States Navy ship, is on her way to the Black Sea region to deliver humanitarian aid to Georgia (and to monitor Russia). There’s a big question here. Although Pathfinder is a “NATO ship” it is clear the intention of the US are not purely based on humanitarian issues.
Has Turkey turned its back on Ataturk, and its independence, in order to please the US? So is Gallipoli impossible to pass? Have Ataturk’s values been long forgotten?
